12TH ANNUAL VALENTINE’S BRUNCH

LAMÈQUE – A group of former employees of the Lamèque Hospital and Community Health Centre held the 12th Annual Valentine’s Brunch on February 18, in support of the 2018 Annual Campaign of the Fondation de l’Hôpital de Lamèque Inc.

This year, the Valentine’s Brunch raised over $5,400. This amount will be added to the money collected by the Foundation’s Annual Campaign toward its $40,000 objective. This year, the goal is to purchase equipment for the medical sector, clinical services, Appointment and Walk-In Clinic, Miscou Health Centre and medical imaging, to strengthen spiritual care and to help complete some regional projects.

“As former employees of the Lamèque Hospital and Community Health Centre, we want to continue contributing to our community’s health.  That’s why we hold the Annual Valentine’s Brunch and dedicate the money to our Foundation!” explained Roseline Hébert, Chair of the Valentine’s Brunch Organizing Committee.
