Like all of you, we are closely following the\nevolution of the Global Pandemic associated with COVID-19. We recognize that\nwith the unprecedented pace of change worldwide, this is a time of uncertainty\nand instability for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this in mind, your foundation has made the\ndecision to close its physical offices located inside our hospital. During this\nperiod of closure, our employees will be working remotely and will be fully\navailable for your questions, either by contacting us by phone at 506-544-2370\nor by email at foundation.chaleur@vitalitenb.ca. These precautionary\nmeasures have been taken to comply with Public Health guidelines encouraging a\nstandard of social distancing and to ensure the safety of our employees,\nvolunteers, donors and partners. In addition, it was of utmost importance for\nus to make room for our health professionals, who are doing an extraordinary\njob at this time to fight this virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We would like to take a moment to thank our many\nvolunteers who put a lot of effort into planning our spring activities for our\ncampaigns and who have seen either cancellations or rescheduling. They are\ninspiring community leaders and we are very grateful to them. We invite you to\nfollow us on our Facebook page for updates on the progress and status of\nupcoming events. In the meantime, we continue to accept donations online or by\nmail and can assure you that these funds will find their way into the projects\nassigned at the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, we invite you to remain in solidarity with\nour health professionals by following the guidelines of Public Health and to\nrespect the instructions listed. The Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation will\nbe ready to answer the call of our institutions when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
